Project Manager for vCISO

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead our vCISO (Virtual Chief Information Security Officer) project. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring they align with our clients’ strategic goals and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the vCISO project team, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout all project phases.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project documentation, including reports, presentations, and other deliverables, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, skill development, and professional growth among team members.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, familiarity with Swedish is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of legal terms and area-specific concepts.
  • Excellent ability to lead individuals towards fixed goals.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency in oral communication, including speaking in front of groups.
  • Ability to sense situations and people effectively.
